Both raised under the Friday night lights in small southeast Texas towns, The McGraws were drawn to Round Top’s mix of big energy and small-town charm. As a lover and shopper of Round Top for years, Alaina felt putting down roots was the perfect next step.
Favorite time of year in RT: “I love both times of year- the hustle and chaos of Show and the calm of the off season are both so good in their own right.”
Her husband, Jason, started to show up with her and enjoy everything Round Top had to offer. Watching the little town grow so much over the years, it felt like a great opportunity to buy and grow right along with it. He admittedly prefers the calm of the off season over the busy season but he’s always happy to be there no matter the time of year.

Purchasing Hotel Bebe in March of 2025 was a chance to take a property with already such a unique set up and beautiful design and build off of that. Keeping “bebe” in the name made perfect sense as a nod to Alaina’s Cajun French grandmother, Inez, who was always known as the best host and affectionately called her granddaughters “sha bebe” (sweet baby). With just 5 unique spaces to stay, we are somewhat of a baby property.
They now reside in The Woodlands, Texas and have two boys in high school (go Coogs!) and college (go Frogs!). They rope the boys in to learn about the family business every chance they get. The McGraws love meeting new guests but strive for the repeat guests who want to watch them grow Bebe. Stick around and see what comes next!
